With 14 years of experience in the design and tech industry, I am currently working as a UX Architect at Ericsson. In this role, I design and refine user experiences that align with both user needs and product goals. My focus is on creating intuitive information architectures, user flows, and interaction patterns that ensure complex systems feel seamless and user-friendly. I collaborate closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging, usable solutions.
Before joining Ericsson, I served as the Creative Head at a product company, leading a team of 13 talented designers. I was responsible for guiding projects from initial concept through to execution, ensuring every deliverable not only met but exceeded user and client expectations.
My career began at Effectlabs as a UI/UX Designer, where I spent over three years sharpening my skills in interface design, usability, and client collaboration. This diverse background—spanning hands-on design, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration—has shaped me into a UX professional who can bridge the gap between user needs and technical possibilities while always advocating for great design.

As a UX Architect, I focus on creating intuitive user experiences that simplify complex workflows and make critical data easily accessible. With 12 years of experience in design and tech, I ensure that every interaction is purposeful, efficient, and aligned with user needs while supporting operational goals.

I lead the design and prototyping of digital products, guiding the creation of intuitive and user-centered experiences. I oversee the process from conceptualization to interactive prototypes, ensuring that designs are feasible, consistent, and aligned with user needs. By collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders, I translate requirements into clear wireframes, mockups, and functional prototypes. I set design goals, maintain timelines, and ensure every interaction is purposeful and seamless. This approach enables the delivery of products that are not only usable and engaging but also solve real problems for users.
User Testing
I focus on user testing and experience optimization to create intuitive, user-centered products. I work closely with design and research teams to observe and analyze user behavior through usability tests, A/B testing, and analytics. Insights from these sessions inform design decisions, helping refine interactions, flows, and interfaces to ensure our products are both intuitive and enjoyable. By continuously gathering and evaluating user feedback, I identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, enabling iterative enhancements that meet user expectations and support business goals, ultimately delivering a seamless and engaging user experience.
